ArcFlash Lead Generation Telemarketing

ResponsePoint worked with Schneider Electric’s Arc Flash Engineering Services team to develop an outbound telemarketing campaign to generate leads for their sales team. The goals of the campaign were:
- To clarify that the analysis Schneider Electric performed > 5 years ago was their most recent arc flash study.
- To remind customers of the NFPA 70E compliance requirements
- To determine if customer is aware of and meets the additional steps to comply with the requirements of NFPA 70E
- To enhance our services database of customer information AND to get an email address.
The process was executed in bFO for ease of follow up by the ArcFlash Engineering team.
Results from calling 181 targets included
- 57 presentations were made from 373 calls,
- 5 qualified opportunities for ArcFlash Engineering sales team
- 6 requested more information
