ResponsePoint worked with the Buildings team to develop an outbound telemarketing program to develop qualified sales opportunities in the Healthcare segment. Depending on the profile developed during the conversations, the leads were developed in two areas:

  • Energy and Building Analytics
  • Preventative Maintenance

The emphasis was on energy management in healthcare facilities. A series of profiling questions were used to develop the opportunity and set up the opportunity for a follow up call from a member of the Schneider Electric sales team. While the target list was small with only 100 targets, 10 qualified opportunities were sent to the sales team for follow up.
