Oil & Gas White Paper Promotion & Distribution

The Schneider Electric Oil & Gas team asked ResponsePoint to build a program to offer a white paper to attendees of the 2016 AGA Operations Conference. The program included creation and distribution of an email to a list of 836 prospects registered for the conference. Clicking on the offer in the email directed targets to a similarly branded landing page where completion of a form downloaded the white paper. All prospects who downloaded the white paper were recorded in a database that was then returned to the Oil & Gas product marketing team.
The list of 48 prospects (5.7%) who downloaded the white paper was provided to the product marketing manager prior to the event for follow up by the sales team.
