ResponsePoint worked with the Industry Business material handling product management team to develop an outbound telemarketing program to follow up after the PROMAT 2015 trade show. Immediately after the show, the list of prospects that visited the Schneider Electric booth at PROMAT 2015 were loaded into bFO for ResponsePoint to call.
Results:
- 6 qualified opportunities in the OEM segment requested a call or meeting
- 2 qualified opportunities in the Installed Base segment requested a call or meeting
- Multiple other records were profiled and requested information was emailed
The material handling team has found that using ResponsePoint’s trained team to make these follow up calls insures that timely post-event follow up always happens. We have become familiar enough with these products and prospects that we can quickly set up to make these calls which makes the product managers life easier.
